WHOLE-HOME WATER SUPPLY REPIPES

A fresh start for
your home’s plumbing.

Clear answers. A careful plan.
Work we stand behind.

  • Know the plan before we start

A written scope and price, with access, water shutoffs and restoration clearly discussed.

  • Your home, treated with care

We protect the work area, plan the piping route and clean up installation debris.

  • No surprise changes

If unexpected conditions affect the work or price, we explain them and get your approval first.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR REPIPE

Is it time to rethink your water piping?

Recurring leaks, aging pipes or persistent water-flow problems can leave you wondering what comes next. We’ll help you understand the condition of your water supply piping and whether a repipe makes sense.

You shouldn’t have to become a plumbing expert to make a good decision. We explain the options, the work involved and the price before you commit.

What we plan with you.

The work and the price

Your quote identifies the piping being replaced, the proposed materials and connections, and the permit and inspection requirements that apply. We explain what’s included and what isn’t.

ACCESS & WALL RESTORATION

Whole-home repiping requires opening walls and ceilings in some locations. We plan those openings carefully and keep them as limited as practical.

After the repipe, we close the openings we made with drywall so your walls and ceilings are enclosed again. Drywall finishing, texture matching, painting, trim work and other finish restoration are not included. Those final cosmetic finishes can be completed by your preferred contractor or painter.

We protect the work areas and clean up our plumbing work before we leave.

Water shutoffs and timing

We plan interruptions with you so you know what to expect and can make arrangements for your household.

Checks and follow-through

We test the new piping, coordinate required inspections and explain the applicable workmanship warranty. You have a local company to call afterward.

How It Works

  • Tell us about your home

Let us know what’s happening, the age of your home if known, and any access or scheduling concerns.

  • We assess the work and explain the options

We review the existing water piping and access, arrange a site visit as needed, and prepare a written scope and quote.

  • We plan, install and check our work

We coordinate the installation and water shutoffs, complete the agreed work, test the new piping and clean up.

Thoughtful materials.
Careful installation.

  • Materials suited to your home

We explain the proposed piping material and connection methods before you approve the work. The choice should fit the home, installation conditions and applicable requirements.

  • Our PTFE-free philosophy

We choose PTFE- and PFAS-free thread sealants wherever applicable for threaded drinking-water connections. We pay attention to the small details as well as the main piping.

  • Torch-free where appropriate

We use torch-free connection methods whenever appropriate, reducing the need for open flame during installation.

Your home matters to us.

  • Protection before the work begins

We discuss access and protect the work area and pathways we’ll use.

  • Cleanup is part of the job

We close the access openings we made with drywall, remove installation debris and clean up our plumbing work. Drywall finishing, texture, paint, trim and other finish restoration are not included.

  • Workmanship we stand behind

We explain your project’s warranty in writing and correct covered workmanship problems. If you have a concern after installation, call us.

Repipe Questions & Answers

Does a repipe include drains and sewer lines?
This service focuses on your home’s hot- and cold-water supply piping. Drain, waste and sewer work are separate unless specifically included in your written quote.
Do I really need to replace all my pipes?
Not every leak or pressure problem calls for a whole-home repipe. We’ll review the situation and explain whether a targeted repair, partial replacement or full repipe is appropriate before recommending a scope of work.
Will you have to open walls or ceilings?
Whole-home repiping requires openings in some locations. We plan them carefully and keep them as limited as practical. After the repipe, we close the openings we made with drywall. Drywall finishing, texture matching, painting, trim work and other finish restoration are not included.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
That depends on the scope, access and water shutoff schedule. We’ll discuss what to expect before scheduling so you can plan around interruptions. We won’t promise uninterrupted water service during a repipe.
How long does a repipe take?
The size of the home, access and scope all affect the schedule. We’ll discuss the expected installation timeline and any inspection or restoration steps after assessing your project.
What if you find something unexpected?
If concealed conditions change the agreed scope or price, we’ll explain what we found and obtain your approval before proceeding with the additional work.
How do you stand behind the work?
Your written quote will explain the applicable workmanship warranty. If a problem is covered by that warranty, we take responsibility and correct the covered work. Contact us if something isn’t right; we’ll help determine the next step.
