ENTIRE WATER HEATER. Stand back and photograph the entire heater from top to bottom, including the area around it.

WATER HEATER LABEL. Take a close-up of the manufacturer's label so we can read the model and serial number.

TOP OF WATER HEATER. Photograph the top of the heater, including the pipes and connections above it.

ACCESS PATHWAY. Photograph the toughest part of the pathway we’ll need to use to remove the old water heater and bring in the new one. This could be stairs, a narrow doorway, access hatch, tight hallway, or other difficult area.
